Returns & Exchanges

Unworn, unused, and unwashed apparel accompanied by the original purchase receipt and tags (if applicable) can be refunded within 28 days of delivery for domestic (UK) shipments only. A refund will be issued after the returned merchandise has been reviewed and accepted by our Returns Team.  

We do not accept returns for International orders.  

Refunds will not be given if purchase was made in cryptocurrency. 

We do not accept exchanges for domestic or International orders.  Please note, the shipping cost for the return will be deducted from the refund. 

In the event you need to process a return, please email rektstore@canarylabs.xyz with in 14 days and include the first and last name on the order, the order number, and reason for return. Please note, it can take up to 24-48 hours for response.
